Irish Manufacturing Research

IRISH MANUFACTURING RESEARCH-the client

Irish Manufacturing Research is a leading research and technology organisation providing a portfolio of research, training and consultancy services to industry across four thematic pillars: Digitisation, Sustainable Manufacturing, Design for Manufacturing, and Robotics and Automation.

THE CHALLENGE

IMR wanted to offer manufacturing companies a blended learning programme to help them discover the automation and robotics opportunities within their businesses.

THE STRATEGY

In close collaboration with the client, we designed an end-to-end 4-week learning pathway.

The programme included a suite of engaging eLearning synchronous and asynchronous learning activities, such as eLearning modules, virtual classroom sessions, instructor videos, offline assignments, and learner discussion forums, which were seamlessly delivered through a bespoke Learning Management System.

All activities were explicitly designed to support learners to focus on real-life, relevant and business-critical projects.
