THE CHALLENGE
They were facing an extremely competitive marketplace, and were responding to this with an exceptionally high volume of new products and service offerings to meet consumer demand. Sales staff were struggling to keep pace, or find time for training, and this issue was exacerbated by the natural high turnover in Point of Sale staff. In a further twist, workstations were not typically available in their sales locations, hampering the deployment of digital solutions.
THE Solution
The Teach on Mars platform was able to solve these problems by providing highly agile, easily accessible training.
Due to the ease of creating and administering content on the platform, in-house subject matter experts were able to create bespoke content on their new offers incredibly rapidly. A team of less than ten people then managed simultaneous rollout of content across the entire retail network.
By prioritising delivery to mobile, they were able to overcome the lack of training terminals in their stores, leading to take up and completion rates far beyond their expectations.
