Senior Learning Consultant


Logicearth Learning Services is a leading provider of online learning solutions to the Pharmaceutical, Banking and Telecommunication sectors.

As part of our continued growth we currently require applicants for the post of Senior Learning Consultant. This is a full time position which can be based in either our Belfast or Dublin office and will suit a highly motivated individual with a learning and development, learning consultancy or learning technology background.

The senior learning consultant will be responsible for the end to end engagement with our clients, exploring requirements, creating the solution and work with the wider team to deliver a world class learning experience.

In addition, the Senior Learning Consultant will be focused on continuous improvement, helping to identify potential product improvements and innovative approaches to the design and development of training products.


  • Understand the challenges faced by corporate L&D clients
  • Support the sales team in client meetings, demonstrations, proposal writing and designing client solutions
  • Engage with clients and lead the implementation of client solutions
  • Research and development of new products and solutions including learning methodologies, best practices and learning technologies
  • Have the ability to articulate the benefits and strategies for;
  • Online content
  • Social Learning
  • Gamification
  • Blended learning
  • Present our solutions through webinars or at industry events
  • Support marketing in the creation of Blogs, white papers and success stories

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • If you can have one or more of the following;
  • High level of experience as a learning & development practitioner
  • Experience in using and implementing learning technologies
  • Current experience as a learning consultant
  • Excellent communicator and presenter.
  • Excellent writing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong creative skills.
  • Willingness to assume individual responsibility for own deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good team player, with experience working in a multi-functional team.

Degree level education. CIPD certification would be advantageous but not essential.
